I always thought highly of David Beckham, The way he fights back after ANY criticism!
He Got knocked out of the World Cup to Portugal AGAIN,
Dropped Down as England captain,
Got thrown out of the England sqaud by new manager Mclaren,
Signed for LA 'flamin' Galaxy!
Got told he couldn't play for madrid again.
After all of that, what would any other player do..........GIVE UP! But, Not Beckham, he carried on
working hard for real madrid, eventhough he was only on the bench. His hard work payed off in the end, capello recalled beckham back in the squad for the last few games in thier season. Real Madrid knew they had to kill off thier rivals barcelona, and clich the title for the first time in four years, so back came beckham in to the starting line up.
Beckhams comeback proved a millian dollars for Madrid as he played fiercely for the team, Providing crucial crosses and free-kicks (hes speciality), helping them win the spanish La Liga for the first time in four years. Beckham also got his first title in spain. What a way to start his new career in America!
Its an end of something very special and the start of a new era.
